Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your GLISTIA piece. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.
To qualify, items must be:
- unused and unworn
- free from scratches, marks, perfume or residue
- returned with all original packaging (jewellery box, pouch, care card)
For hygiene reasons, earrings and body jewellery cannot be returned unless faulty.
Sale and final-clearance items are non-returnable unless defective.
Customers are responsible for return postage on change-of-mind returns.
Return shipping is fully covered by GLISTIA only if the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.
We recommend using tracked postage. GLISTIA is not responsible for lost return parcels.
Email us at support@glistia.com.au with your order number and reason for return.
Our team will confirm your eligibility and provide the return address and packing instructions.
Once your item is received and inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed within 3–5 business days.
Refunds are issued for the item price only. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
If you’d like to exchange your item for a different size or style, we’re happy to organise this for you (subject to stock availability).
Your exchange will be shipped once the original item is received and inspected.
A standard shipping fee applies to all exchange shipments.
Exchange orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of approval.
In the rare case that you receive a faulty or damaged piece, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- your order number
- a clear photo or video showing the issue
If the item is confirmed faulty, we will repair, replace, or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
