Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform that enables us to sell our products and services to you.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete account, order, and payment information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

We aim to display and describe our products accurately. However, product colours and appearance may vary depending on your screen settings, device, photography, and lighting.

GLISTIA jewellery is described as water-safe for daily wear. As with all plated jewellery, long-term durability depends on individual wear habits and correct care. Durability may vary from person to person.

Product descriptions, stock availability, and pricing may be updated, limited, or discontinued at any time without notice.

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline any order at our discretion.

An order is considered accepted only when payment has been successfully processed and an order confirmation email has been issued.

Once accepted, order cancellations or changes may not be possible due to fulfilment timelines.

All purchases are subject to our Refund and Returns Policy.

All products are sold for personal use only and must not be purchased for commercial resale unless expressly authorised.

Unless stated otherwise, all prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST. Prices may change at any time without notice.

By submitting payment details, you confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method and that your financial institution will honour the transaction.

Promotions, discount codes, and limited-time offers may be subject to additional terms.

Shipping timeframes displayed at checkout or on our website are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Once goods are handed to the courier, title and risk transfer to you. Delays or loss in transit are the responsibility of the carrier.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, public holidays, or incorrect delivery details provided by you.

We accept returns for faulty or defective items within 30 days of delivery. Remedies may include repair, replacement, or refund.

We do not offer change-of-mind returns or exchanges, and earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless faulty.

We offer digital e-gift cards only.

E-gift cards cannot be refunded, redeemed for cash, or replaced if lost or stolen. They must be used before expiry.

You are responsible for all transactions made using an active e-gift card.

All content on the GLISTIA website, including product images, designs, text, logos, graphics, and layout, is owned by GLISTIA or its licensors.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or publish any content without our written consent.

All intellectual property rights are reserved.

By submitting reviews, images, comments, or other content ("Content"), you grant GLISTIA a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use and publish the Content for marketing purposes.

You confirm that you own the Content and that it does not infringe the rights of any person or contain unlawful material.

We may remove or moderate Content at our discretion.

You must not use the services for fraudulent, unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes. Prohibited conduct includes:

interfering with website performance or security
uploading malware or harmful code
scraping or harvesting data
impersonating another person
violating intellectual property rights
manipulating pricing or promotions
attempting to gain unauthorised access to systems

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms.

We are not responsible for the accuracy, security, or content of third-party websites. Use of these tools and sites is at your own risk and subject to their policies.

Our store is hosted by Shopify, which processes certain personal information to support the platform. All purchases are made directly between you and GLISTIA.

Except where required by law, the services and products are provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GLISTIA is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, delivery issues, or errors in product information. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the product involved.

You agree to indemnify GLISTIA from all claims, damages, and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the services.

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
